Fulham - Hodgson on Johnson

With Andrew Johnson having had surgery, on his knee, out in Americas, surgery performed by the renowned surgeon, Dr Richard Steadman, Fulham are contemplating life without their record signing!

Johnson will not play again this season but Roy Hodgson has moved quick to quell rumours doing the rounds that Andrew Johnson may never play again by insisting,

"Andrew will be back as good as ever."

We sincerely hope so because the feeling amongst some Fulham supporters is that Johnson has yet to justify, for a sustained period, the huge price we paid for him!

Remind me! How much did you pay for this perennial patient?

AJ is quality and I feel that he can still be a great player for Fulham.....but true only time will tell. Look how much love we have for zamora now....it was not like that last year, was it? True he was not injured but he might was well have been for the way he played. Andy knows Fulham is his last stop and he will be playing for a new contract next year me thinks, so great incentive.
