Fulham - Striker Links up with Chicago Fire!

Fulham - Striker Links up with Chicago Fire!

If one player could be labelled as the forgotten man then Collins John is that man.

Collins arrived on the scene with a flourish and the Fulham support predicted big things for the striker who looked to have the knack of scoring down to a tee!

But, in a real life story that`d have you weeping, Collins has fallen from grace and many would suggest has now reached the last chance saloon.

Spells at NEC (Holland) and KSV Roeslare (Belgium) have been unable to produce that spark that made him such an exciting talent.

But, memories of what he was once capable of; have prompted Chicago Fire to invite Collins to their pre-season training camp with the intention of signing him if they do well.

Here`s hoping it does go well for Collins and that he can team up again with the legend that is Brian McBride.
