Fulham - Okaka Deal Almost Done!

We`ve already covered how Fulham are keen to land the AS Roma striker, Stefano Okaka, it`s now a move that looks more certain to take place.

According to snippets appearing in the press this morning, a loan deal has almost been agreed with Okaka`s agent, Domenico Scopeletti, remarking,

"The player has given his go-ahead."

If the snippets are correct, all that remains, to make the deal a reality, is for the AS Roma director, Daniele Prade, to rubber-stamp the deal when he returns from Dubai!

Where Okaka will fit in if Bobby Zamora and Andrew Johnson remain fit though is the great unanswered question!

Or will he be simply an addition to the squad alongside Erik Nevland and Diomansy Kamara?

We`d be interested to hear your views!

Good player who will add a different dimension. Good thinking from Roy in my opinion.

nice young player
truth sayer ffc
hopefully he can either slot in for the injured zamora, or slot in to replace whomever steps up for the zamora role...

He's a pacy player who I think would have been good company for Bobby. However, I don't know how he will fit in now that AJ is back and Zamora is out. It will be interesting...

Unknown to English Prem so why not Roy go for it. Up front with AJ could cause a right problem......and bag a few goals.
