Fulham Given Tough Europa League Draw!

Fulham Given Tough Europa League Draw!

The draw for the next two stages of the Europa League took place in Nyon, in Switzerland, today.

After qualifying for the last thirty-two, courtesy of a 3-2 win against Basel in midweek, Fulham were given a tough tie against a side with European pedigree in Shakhtar Donetsk who are the current holders of the UEFA Cup.

If Fulham are successful in that two legged tie they will take on the winners of the Ajax v Juventus tie in the last sixteen.

The ties against Shakhtar Donestsk will take place on 18th and 25th February 2010.

My mouths watering already!

If we beat Shakhtar Donetsk and Ajax beats Juventus, I'll be making a trip to London in March. For me, that's the dream match-up!
