Fulham - Link to Wigan Star Resurfaces!

Fulham - Link to Wigan Star Resurfaces!

An old transfer target has, this morning, reared its ugly head in the gossip columns of a leading tabloid.

Paul Scharner, who we reputedly enquired about a couple of times previously, is this morning linked with a move to Fulham in the January transfer window,

The Austrian is seen as somebody who can operate in midfield and give Fulham a boost in the goals scoring stakes as well as being available for slotting into the heart of the defence, if needed.

The fee quoted is £3 million and in the market today we`d consider that the top end of what he`s worth, but what are your opinions?

Would you welcome Scharner to Craven Cottage or is the price just too steep?

I guess he's worth it for £3m, but do we really need a utility player. I'd rather have Maynor Figueroa at left back.

i certainly don't want him... i guess he's be a better baird? it probably would improve the squad, but it's not a move the fans will beg for i fear...
