DIKGACOI.....Pack your bags!

DIKGACOI.....Pack your bags!

Going through the gossip tabloids I noticed that our midfielder Dikgacoi is requesting to leave to seek first team football just for the world cup in SA.

'It`s a big worry that I haven`t been playing. I should be a regular'

Firstly he has just joined us, after a year of chatting about how much he wanted to be at Fulham!!!

Secondly in his first Premier League outing he got sent off and banned for three games.

Finally it takes at least a couple of seasons to adjust to a new system, especially if you are coming into the Premier League and English football for the first time. I`m afraid he does not sound like a patient person and is a bit naive to think he was just going to walk into a first team spot.

Methinks his priority is the World Cup. He should be working hard to get into the first team, then once the World Cup comes around, focus on that. I think he needs to take a leaf out of Chris Baird's book....he just worked really hard and got on with it.

What an amazing player he has become. So do you think we should heed his wishes and loan him out and then maybe after the World Cup he will come back begging.....or cut our losses and ditch him?

But then who's gonna buy him and would we get what we paid?

Personally I would have him pack his bags and send him back to SA, then maybe he would realise what an amazing opportunity he missed out on especially after the World Cup and it back to normality.

i understand your opinion, and i do think he should just shut up and work hard, but i can also understand a desire to play for your country... still, i think if he just puts his head down and works hard he can get into our side... i think he's got the quality, but he just needs to show roy that he wants to work for the spot...
