Fulham - Yet More Konchesky Nonsense!

First the tabloid press were reporting that Sunderland might be sniffing around Paul Konchesky now they`ve come up with another destination.

A leading red-top is, this morning, suggesting that Alex McLeish, at Birmingham City, is considering a bid to lure our left back away.

The price quoted is a mere 750,000 which beggar`s belief when you consider what Paul brings to a side and what a decent replacement would cost.

Just like with the Sunderland bid, we`ll suggest this is a bit of a no-go from the start!

Unless we're planning some left back shopping this January, there's no way this is happening - and certainly not for 750,000. You'd have to at least triple that number.

How long does he have on his contract? Paul is such an important player for us, 750K would be a joke....

Konc is part of the fantastic four. Keep him at fulham Roy....

here's the thing, if we can upgrade him, then by all means do it... but there isn't exactly a glut of left backs in the league, which makes the 750,000 asking price laughable...
