Fulham - Murphy Definitely Back for Sofia Game!

Fulham - Murphy Definitely Back for Sofia Game!

After being tempted by the prospect of his potential return in our last three Premier League outings, it finally looks as if Danny Murphy will return against CSKA Sofia.

And as he does so he returns with a glowing reference from Roy Hodgson who seems more than glad to have him back and is quoted in his pre-match build up as having remarked,

"He`s still one of the best players of his type around."

"Danny has been excellent for me the two years since I`ve been at the club. He`s a very good captain and a playmaker who has done that job perfectly."

"During the two years I`ve worked with him, he has just got better and better."

"I see him going on for a good few years yet, though it depends on whether he can keep himself free of injuries. I think he can."

"Danny will start and it would be nice if he could play the full game."

I`m sure Danny will be appreciative of the comments and I`m sure that he`d like to get a full ninety minutes under his belt but I`m all for caution an dif the game is won, with twenty minutes to go, let`s save him for Sunday!
