Fulham - Please Accept my Apologies!

Fulham - Please Accept my Apologies!

Look what I`ve gone and done!

It was only meant to have been a bit of fun, I never meant to cause any harm but now my little piece of speculation has gone into orbit.

On Monday I merely wanted to know if the Vital Fulham population thought that Emile Heskey could do a job for us come January.

My question was prompted by the announcement that the England striker might be looking to leave Aston Villa, in the January transfer window, to ensure he gets regular first team football.

But, before I could blink, numerous news sites were carrying features that Emile Heskey was being linked with Fulham and today, in a tabloid, there`s an article linked to Fulham with the club denying they`ll be bidding for the powerful striker come January.

Heavens above, see how it`s got so out of hand!

It was ever meant to be a polite question to friends!

Sorry, are you trying to say that these hardworking under paid Journalists didn’t spend weeks researching their subject, getting interviews and checking their facts with the relevant parties. I must say I’m quite shocked. ;-)
