Fulham Target Russian Striker!

After missing out on the signature of Peter Crouch, could Roy Hodgson be clearing the path for a January transfer swoop?

The Sunday People would appear to think so.

They are implying that with Peter Crouch having signed for Spurs it is a Spurs player that Roy Hodgson is eyeing up in the Russian striker, Roman Pavlyuchenko.

No price is quoted and we`re not even sure it is a genuine interest but, in your opinion, would he be suitable for us or would it be money down the drain?

He's too dumb and lazy for English football, I don't think he'll ever adjust to the pace.

i think kamera is doing ok let give hin a run in the first team

He scored 14 goals in all competitions last term. I'll take dumb and lazy with 14 goals any day of the week over anybody we currently have.
Teddy_KGB
he certainly will want to play somewhere... it might be worth a punt... can we take him on loan?
woodysweats
I don't rate him but to be honest, we I'd get rid of a few strikers to bring him in. There are better options out there surely though.

You would think, but we had all summer to land one and didn't. I say give David Elm a chance, but if he's no more productive than the group we already have, we need to get someone in January.
Teddy_KGB
Leave well alone - not one for us!
Al Billy
not sure he wants to stay in Blighty anyway!
Fulham Badger
one I'd leave alone - there must be better value for money out there!
