Fulham The Majority Saw It Coming!

Was the writing on the wall?

Were you all so fearful of Arsenal turning us over, pre-match that you couldn`t see anything other than an Arsenal win at Craven Cottage?

Well it would appear so as our pre-match poll shows that a huge 57% of you could see nothing other than an Arsenal win.

Thankfully, 28% of you kept the faith and opted for a home win (even if there was a shade of daylight robbery about the outcome yesterday and you were proven wrong) whilst 10% went with what many would feel to be the honourable outcome, a score draw.

As for the remaining 5% they all thought that we`d be better off casting an eye on the boats going up and down the River Thames as being more preferable to the dull 0-0 draw being played out.

Human nature eh!

I guess one moment of sheer class was enough :-(

I would've been happy to see Nevland sent on at the 75 minute mark. He's not up for a full match, but he's the only reliable finisher we have. AJ played great, but his finishing is less than clinical sometimes.
who would you have pulled off teddy? zamora looked gassed at the end of the match, so he could have come off... we really played well and linked together well... if we continue to play this way, we'll win games... zamora missed too many chances... we need a finisher...
I agree. I think Zamora played well, in his typical non-scoring capacity that is, particularly with the link up play with AJ. Dempsey was threatening like he has been all season, though I think he was a little selfish on a few occasions. You have to credit the keeper, but I feel that presented with the same opportunities, Nevland would have netted one of them. He's simply the best finisher we have. Too bad he can't bring that quality to an entire match.
very true tedy very true
