Fulham - Led Up The Garden Path!

Flabbergasted is the only word for it!

Hearing the news that Roy Hodgson is preparing to play only two of that that started on Sunday, David Stockdale and John Pantsil, tonight, has confirmed my worst fears.

I had hoped that the newly founded Europa League would be given a fair chance t make an impression on its big rival, the Champions League.

Sadly, if our attitude is anything to go by it`s a dead duck already!

Having qualified via our league position and then progressing through the knockout qualification stages I had hoped we`d at leas to give this group stage a good old go.

Instead, it looks as if the whole thing is nothing more than an irritation with Roy remarking,

"Once it looked like we`d have a lot of players missing I went the whole hog and changed the squad completely."

"We are happy to be in this competition but the most important thing is Fulham staying in the Premier League."

Our deepest sympathies go to the who have forked out £450 of their hard-earned cash to see a shadow side!

it was great although it would have been nice ot see a few shots of our fans!

I don't think he's let anyone down. He's doing his job - managing the squad and all its committments. I think he'll take Europa League more seriously if we progress to the next stage AND if we're comfortably mid-table in the Prem.

Fantastic performance. Smalling not quite ready yet. Baird, gigantic, solid, and kept talking, as good footballers should be doing all game. Stockdale, great prospect. Joe, brilliant. Solid point, probably ruined by Basels win over Roma. Well done the few who travelled.

here here to that now on to wolves with our first eleven
