Fulham - Riise Learns the Hard Way!

I guess learning the hard way is the surest way to prevent a repeat of events.

After being reported, by the media, as having made a stinging verbal attack on Damien Duff and also suggesting that he should be in the starting eleven, Bjorn Helga Riise phoned Roy Hodgson slightly distraught.

It turns out that our summer signing has been seriously misquoted and duly felt obliged to phone Roy Hodgson to apologise.

We suspect Gentleman Roy simply told the youngster to beware of the dark side of the media!

A lesson learned we hope!

Now a days what ever you say it's going to be misquated for the needs of the papers as many times they are 'creating' the stories and the headlines just to increase the sales. Unbelievable!
