Fulham - You All Want to Conquer Rome!

Hands up who has been into Europe with Fulham before?

Thought not!

But qualification for the group stages of the Europa League have given us just that chance. The draw provided us with three top-notch cities to visit in Rome, Basle and Sofia.

Not surprisingly the vast majority of you 66% picked 'The Eternal City` as the destination that tickled your fancy the most. The sights have obviously whetted you appetite as Fulham venture towards the Olympic Stadium.

Second in our poll was Sofia, with 14% electing to taste its eastern delights whilst 13% went for the all three option (just like me!)

Trailing up the rear was poor old Basle, neutral Switzerland waiting to empty our wallets with expensive prices no doubt. I went there in the early eighties and had to cough up £3 for a pint of Guinness then!

Thanks to all those that participated.

Our latest poll focuses on the possible loan transfer of Diomansy 'Joe` Kamara to West Bromwich Albion - Is he surplus to requirements?

A win in Rome...That would be the greatest night in Fulham's history. Anything is possible with Hodgson, the man is a Cottage legend already!

shocking place Rome, decaying - nobody has ever fixed those Roman ruins!

I'm not the most well-travelled person in the world, but I found Rome to be filthy and the people surprisingly rude. Can't imagine what it would be like for a travelling opposition fan. Really have no desire to ever return - Fulham or no Fulham.
