Fulham - Striker Chase On!

Following the injury sustained by Andrew Hodgson, during the first leg of our Europa League tie against Amkar Perm, Fulham are being linked with the signing of a new striker.

The player in question, according to the Daily Mirror is the Slovakian striker, Jan Novak.

Novak, currently playing for Kosice, would command, according to the tabloid, a fee of around £2 million and considering that he`s only 24 would prove to be a more than able investment considering he can, reportedly, play down either flank or through the middle.

We`ll see how this one turns out and report back accordingly!

sounds interesting... i definitely think we'll have another player coming in before the deadline... quite an active transfer summer... we brought in greening, duff, riise, kelly, dikgacoi... am i forgetting anyone? but we need some defensive cover at center back.

it'd be nice to welcome another striker, especially one who can put the ball in the net!
Al Billy
and the price seems reasonable!

ya know, i read the interview with eddie johnson on fulhamfc.com, and it seems like he's coming along leaps and bounds... might still be a year off, but i think he might be worth a punt... maybe not against villa, but maybe... i hope he gets some games in europe or the cups or something...
