Fulham - Poll Winner Announced!

Fulham - Poll Winner Announced!

Better late than never I suppose!

It seems such a long time ago since we returned from Fratton Park with all three points, all three points gathered on our first sortie rather than having to wait until mid-winter.

With a Europa League qualifying clash coming up against the Russian outfit, Amkar Perm, this evening, it`s time to reflect on how you voted in our poll to decide who you thought was the best Fulham player at Portsmouth on Saturday.

As is often the case, one player received a substantial amount of votes compared to the others, in this instance the player being Clint Dempsey who polled 37% of the vote beating our club captain, Danny Murphy who came second with 14% of the vote.

In third place was the scorer of the winner goal, albeit rather fortunately, Bobby Zamora with 13% of the vote.

We`d like to offer our thanks to all those who took time out to vote and we hope the verdict meets with your approval.

Bloody fantasy site game Zamora the 3 bonus points (who I do not have) instead of Murphy (who I do)

I'm not sure why, but I made a habit of watching Zamora more than the ball in that game, perhaps 'cos it lacked some action. But, he held the ball up well, and I felt had a good game. Got a lot of support from the fans as well, which is good to see.
