Fulham - Uche Deal Still On?

Fulham - Uche Deal Still On?

With under two weeks to go until the transfer window slams shut, until January, Roy Hodgson, according to several media sources, is turning the screws with regards to strengthening his squad.

The signing of Damien Duff looks inevitable, barring medical or contractual complications and another summer target, Kala Uche could also be on his way.

Although Fulham have reputedly had a £2.1 million bid turned down, another bid could still be launched.

The Almeria manager, Hugo Sanchez appears to be playing a hard ball game but the striker himself has given us cause for optimism with a few words of his own.

He`s quoted in the Daily Mirror as remarking,

"Hugo has asked me to stay but I have had several offers."

Worth keeping an eye on this one we believe!
