Fulham - Losing Hangeland at the 11th Hour?

Fulham - Losing Hangeland at the 11th Hour?

It`d be the cruellest of the cruel if at this late stage of our preparations we were to lose Brede Hangeland!

Time to bag an adequate replacement would be minimal, our defence would be weakened and our chances of emulating last season would be diminished.

Therefore, with many tabloids suggesting that as soon as Phillipe Senderos is sold Arsene Wenger will be casting his beady eye toward Hangeland should be giving us all cause for concern.

The fact that Arsene brazenly came out and discussed our centre half, although admitting he`d not spoken to the Norwegian or Fulham directly, suggests he`s already viewing him as a replacement.

I guess the fact that Brede cannot play Champions League football until January won`t prove much of a deterrent as another of the big-four goes on an asset stripping raid!

How the other half live!
