Fulham - Hangeland in Transfer Mix!

Fulham - Hangeland in Transfer Mix!

And there we were thinking there was no chance that Brede Hangeland would be leaving Craven Cottage this summer!

I guess we hadn`t considered that money-bags Manchester City might some way distort the equilibrium!

After John Terry refused to shift from that lot down the road, Mark Hughes has turned his attention to the Arsenal centre-back, Kolo Toure.

The papers are alive with the rumour that a deal for Toure is almost done and that Arsenal will now swoop for Brede to reinforce their defence.

A fee of £14 million is being quoted which, in business terms, represents a major profit on our initial outlay.

Sadly though, if the implied rumour becomes fact, it doesn`t leave Roy Hodgson much time to source a replacement, especially with the impending start of our Europa League campaign this Thursday in Lithuania.

I think he will stay...if he went that would mean Wenger selling out his principles on transfers.
