Fulham - Zenden to Decide?

Fulham - Zenden to Decide?

Last month we reported how the name of Boudewijn Zenden had appeared on the Fulham radar.

The player, who has played for Middlesbrough, Liverpool and Chelsea in the Premier League, is looking at the current options available to him.

Currently on the books of Marseilles, Zenden is thought of as a player who could bolster our squad and add some experience to our forthcoming European campaign.

At thirty-two years of age, his next contract will probably be his last productive one and speaking about a possible move he`s quoted as remarking,

"I can still sign a new deal with Marseilles but also Fulham, Genoa, Olympiakos and Panathinaikos want to sign me."

We`ll have to see how this one develops, if at all!

Are you really sure you want him? If he cost nothing, sure as he is a good enough player, but he has not really shone in English football.

Yes he never did well enough to say play for two of the Big 4 or to be a now relegated club's player of the season.
