Fulham - Cox Dream Is Over!

Fulham - Cox Dream Is Over!

It looks like I`ll not be able to beat the drum about this lad anymore!

I know you`ve probably all become a little bored of my campaign to see Simon Cox don a Fulham a shirt but I truly believe this lad will be a success. His goal-scoring record last season, at Swindon, whereby he scored more than half of his sides` total goals for the season speaks for itself.

Therefore, it comes as no surprise to learn that West Bromwich Albion have taken the gamble and signed the striker for a fee of £1.9 million.

Cox becomes Roberto Di Matteo`s first signing and I, for one, will be keeping a watchful eye on his progress, probably just so I can proudly proclaim - I told you so - when he hits 25 goals again next season.
