If Ever There Was A Need For Transfers...

Now is the time.

Anyone who has seen the starting XI for the Gold Coast match, there is surely cause of concern. With the lack of Etuhu, Hangeland and Konchesky amongst others, this weak XI shows how desperately thin our squad is.

I totally understand where Roy is coming when he argues that he prefers smaller squads, but with Europe likely to stretch the squad, it would concern me if the team were to go into matches against quality opposition with Stoor at right back, Pantsil at centre back and Seol on the left wing.

Hopefully new players will soon arrive and the squad will be boosted in numbers for what will be a gruelling campaign.
