Fulham - Tigers Interest in Zamora!

After losing out on his ambitious plans to sign Michael Owen, Hull City boss, according to a leading tabloid, has switched his attentions further south.

The News of the World are proclaiming that Hull are interested in taking Bobby Zamora to the KC Stadium.

Zamora, who signed for Fulham from West Ham United this time last year, is rudely described as a flop by the downmarket tabloid. Clearly, in their eyes, a strikers performance is judged solely on goals scored other than other factors contributing to the game.

But, with Fulham linked to so many strikers by the media, we have to wonder if this really could be a case of no smoke without fire.

We`ll keep you posted.

Zamora's confidence in front of goal was terrible last season. But his link play and the job he did leading the line was needed. If he could just relax in front of goal and get a couple at the beginning of next season he could become a bit more free scoring. I'd be very surprised if Zamora left, Roy brought him to the club and has stuck by him when people were getting on his back, and he's been praising him every chance he gets. Why would Zamora leave?

Roy, sell anybody you want, as long as you sign better replacements.

I'm sitting on the fence on this one folks!

Are Hull looking to get relegated through lack of scoring? If so they should take Zamora off your hands.
TeddyLyon
I totally agree with samboney, he's got to sign better replacements if we are going to progress in the europa and premier league.
FUL4EVA
yeah it depends on who comes in...

I wouldn't be disappointed if he went. Far from it!
KBFulham
Still unsure on him but I do think we could find a lot of players to do a similar job.
