Fulham - The Longest Running Poll in our History!

Fulham - The Longest Running Poll in our History!

Okay, so we left the poll up just a little too long!

I blame the heatwave seeing as its being blamed for everything else!

Cutting to the quick, our poll, now over a week old, asked you to opt for one of the three strikers (linked with us at the time but now probably all retired) you`d prefer us to sign.

It proved to be a close run thing between two of the three but as these things often turn out, the third less favourable option was the one who has found a new home first (Kevin Doyle to Wolverhampton Wanderers)

In the end, by a mere 2% it was Obafemi Martins with 45% who just beat off those who fancied Eidur Gudjohnsen who polled 43%.

Our latest poll focuses on exactly when you think we will make our next signing!

Shocked it was so close. Would've thought Martins by a mile.

Dunno the Icelandic lad is quite a decent player who can play in a number of positions!

I voted for Gudjohnsen. He's a more prolific striker than Martins, when he gets games, and he has worked with some of the world's best coaches. He is more or less the finished article -- but Hodgson would no doubt just shine him up one more time and he'd get you the goals.

I went for Martins. Haven't seen much of Eidur at Barca...

Nice to see Martins has the scarf sorted out already.
