And the third player suggested by the 'Daily Grapevine` today is the Lecce forward, Cedric Konan.

Konan, a striker, is linked with a move to West London after his current side, Lecce, were relegated with the striker remarking,

"I am 26 and a free agent, so there are contacts in the top leagues but I need to take a deep breath and make the right choice because I am not getting younger. I would love to play in England without a doubt."

Sorry, no price information available and the guy, to us, remains something of an unknown quantity!

My mate just worked for (insert your own name ie Woolworths, Bear Sterns, AIG, Lloyds TSB, Lehman Brothers, RBS) and of course now facing a wage cut/unemployment he would love to work for IBM/Microsoft/BBC/Nike/Sky/Vital Network in London.

From what I've seen of him, he'd be a good signing. Has all the tools and Uncle Roy could turn him into a star.
