Fulham - Schwarzer Gets Top Aussie Award!
Mark Schwarzer`s season just gets better and better.
As well as being part of our historic season and giving the sort of displays that proved, once and for all, that he still had plenty to offer in top flight football and also winning a share in the Vital Fulham 'Player of the Season` award, he`s scooped another great accolade by being named Australian Footballer of the Year for the 200/2009 season.
Mark received his award at a ceremony in Sydney and was amongst gallant company as the Everton player, Tim Cahill, picked up the Australian version of their PFA award.
Our congratulations go to Mark.
