'If It's Football, It's Vital'

French Youngster on his way?

According to several reports this morning Roy is ready to offer midfield anchorman Sekou Baradji a two-year deal.

The Frenchman, 25, is regarded as one of the most promising players in the Portuguese top flight after rebuilding his career at Tours, Martigues and now Naval following a disappointing spell in England with West Ham and Reading.

But Baradji, who has also been linked to Birmingham, has stated that he is now mature enough to make an impact in England.

He explains that 'I went abroad very young, so I made a lot of mistakes.

'Now I am mature and ready for a fight. I love the Premier League, it is the best.

'My destiny is to return there and show my qualities.'

Sounds like he is really hungry to prove himself. Would be interesting to see what he can bring to our squad. Maybe our friends from vital West Ham or Reading can tell us a little about this lad.
