Fulham - Player Review of the Season (2)
Second up is Mark Schwarzer!
This man has to go down as one of the transfers of last summer, especially bearing in mind we got him on a free transfer!
Schwarzer has been excellent in goal all season and has kept us in many a match. He has brought experience to our back four and has contributed massively to our good defensive record.
Schwarzer had always been recognised as a top class goalkeeper when he was at Mid-dlesborough for some time.
He signaled the start to a summer of quality dealings which included new arrivals Andy Johnson, Bobby Zamora and John Paintsil.
Schwarzer has had a fantastic season in goal for us and I look forward next year to see him, solid as ever, in the mouth of our goal.
