Fulham Chasing Nancy Lad!

Fulham Chasing Nancy Lad!

The 'Daily Grapevine` has thrown another name into the melting pot with regards to a possible signing.

This morning the new name in the frame is Marc-Antoine Fortuné.

Fortuné has been on loan at West Bromwich Albion but following their relegation has expressed a desire to move on in order to remain in the Premier League.

Apparently, we have rivals in they shape of Wolverhampton Wanderers although would the lad ever be forgiven switching to a nearby rival.

Credence is given to the rumour by his agent, Michael Manuello, who has remarked,

"To my mind, he is going to sign with either Wolverhampton or Fulham, even if surprises can always happen."

"Wolves and Fulham have expressed their interest in Marco`s services. But I can`t tell you when a deal will be done."

"For sure, he wants to stay in the Premier League and he has proved that he has the talent to impose himself in this competition."

"It`s easier to know how things will happen in France, whereas it`s slightly more complicated in England."

We`ll keep quiet on this one and see how the Nancy strikers latest move unravels.

I don't think he's a bad player, but surely we have better options. Let's be patient. If he's still available in late July and we haven't found someone else, sign him, but let's wait.
