Fulham - All Quiet on the Transfer Front

Fulham - All Quiet on the Transfer Front

I know this may be a bit premature and that most transfer rumours are exactly that-rumours!

However, I am getting slightly worried by the lack of speculation linking us with anyone.

Sure, the Hangeland issue is the biggest story surrounding the club at the moment but when you think back to last year, Roy had already managed to convince Mark Schwarzer his future lay at the Cottage.

With the Europa League likely to stretch our squad, I would have thought the papers would link us with every player known to man. I guess we just have to wait for that first announcement of that long awaited signing.

Don't worry, trust in Roy. He will do the right thing in his own good time.

We might make some low cost purchases early in the summer, but in the position we're in, we have to wait for the bigger clubs to make their moves. To be fair, I wouldn't want to sign a potential starter until I know what's going to happen with Hangeland, because we might be able to spend a little more money and get a much better player.

that's very true... we could sign the odd player soon now... is the transfer window open already?
