Fulham Bonus as Hull Survive?

Listening to events unfold around the country, as Everton ruined our anticipated final day splurge, proved to be an interesting affair.

The commentaries flooding in through my ear-piece, as I listened to Radio 5, were varied in emotion as the relegation seesaw tipped first one way and then the other.

In the event one of those sides I really fancied might slip all the way from fourth to a relegation place, Hull City, escaped by the skin of their teeth.

After such an encouraging start, Phil Brown`s side went into freefall and couldn`t grab a win for the love of money. But fortune smiled on Hull as they lived to grace the Premier League for another day.

As an aside, there good fortune gives us the chance to welcome, in the best possible taste, Jimmy Bullard back to Craven Cottage, providing he recovers from his latest injury.

What is it they say - every cloud has a silver lining!

and watch on as we beat them, convincingly!

I'm glad they're hanging around because they beat us twice this season and we owe them a thrashing!

if we had taken points off them, they'd be in the championship... it's all our fault!
