'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Scotland to Leave Wales for London?

With the future of Erik Nevland very much up in the air, it`s blatantly obvious that, if he were to depart, Roy Hodgson would be in the market for a replacement.

Surfing the internet, it would seem that, some sources, are linking us with a Championship hot-shot in the shape of Jason Scotland.

Now, off course, we`re very aware of the capabilities of Mr Scotland seeing as he scored two very good goals against us in the FA Cup this season.

Apparently, there are also rumours floating around that Jason would very much like to test himself in the highest division of English football with the suggestion that a bid of £2.5 million might be enough to force Swansea, who missed a place in the play-offs, to consider the options open to them.

Would Jason Scotland be a good purchase, or would it be a risky one in the vein of several of those players Lawrie Sanchez plundered from Championship football?

He's getting on a bit if you ask me....

Recruiting 30-year-old strikers from the Championship is bad business. Go find starter to replace Zamora, and Bobby can take Nevlands spot on the bench.

instead of Carew enticing Hangeland away cant we get Hangeland to entice Carew? Big ask but hed be perfick

Couldn't agree more. I'd give up Johnson and Zamora for Carew.

not sure he'd come this far south - Norwegian blood and all that :-)

Not sure about Carew, never seems to play two matches in a row. Dont go for Scotland Roy..............
