'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The Riverside View (v Stoke)

Was it just me or did that match define a game of two halves.

The first half was a joy to watch with the team knocking it around brilliantly.

The second half was frustrating with Murphy, in my opinion, going missing thus the team didn't play the free flowing football we are now used too.

Still, a win is a win and we are now 7th. Amazing.

I thought Dickson Etuhu was man of the match. He was back, he got forward far more than usual and his cross field pass to Gera in the first half was fantastic.

It was also great to see Erik Nevland score his brilliant goal as he is unfortunate to not garner more match action.

Finally, anyone else revel in the fact the goal occurred as a result of a poor Rory Delap throw?..........
