Fulham - Etherington Link?

Fulham - Etherington Link?

The Sunday Mirror seems fairly certain that Roy Hodgson is tracking the Stoke City winger, Matthew Etherington!

In fact, they seem quite convinced that Roy is intent ot bring him to Craven Cottage this summer as he is seen as the ideal candidate to give balance to his front line.

According to the Sunday Mirror, Etherington, who joined Stoke from West Ham, has failed to settle in Staffordshire and would welcome a move back to London.

Am I the only one who is hoping that this article is wide of the mark and that we shouldn`t even contemplate such a signing?

Would only make our team worse. He is a poor quality player. Saying that though, if it does go through, I bet I'll be proven wrong!
