Fulham - Schwarzer Returns to the Riverside!

It`ll be interesting to see what kind of reception Mark Schwarzer gets at the Riverside Stadium this afternoon.

When Roy Hodgson did a marvellous piece of business last summer securing the Australian on a free transfer, many Middlesbrough supporters were not slow in coming forward and implying Schwarzer had seen better days.

We, through watching him week in and week out know better.

So, with his former club fighting off relegation and having conceded 47 goals in the Premier League, we`d imagine Mark may take great delight in, being given the chance, pointing out that he`s only shipped 13 goals at home, the best record outside of the top four and that the Europa League is a distinct possibility.

Strange game football isn`t it?

I always thought he was going to be top signing, and I was proven right!

To put this in perspective he has played better for us than them, so it's understandable the way they reacted when he went. Is it because he had a new challenge or is it because he has better defenders in front of him? Or what?

New challenge! He has had a hell of a lot of shots to save, the defence is a little bit more leaky then we are lead to believe!

Apparently some Boro fans booed him and gave him stick. They're just jealous!
