Fulham - Another Runaway Winner!

Following the late, late defeat to Liverpool we`re not denying that our enthusiasm for commenting on the outcome dried up a little.

But needs must and as usual we posted our regular poll whereby we allow you, our readership, to elect their man of the match.

On this occasion we had a clear winner, someone who almost got two thirds of the vote for a display that kept us in it for so long, albeit with great assistance from the woodwork.

Therefore, without any further delay, your man of the match for the fixture against Fulham was Mark Schwarzer with 61% of the vote.

Just for the record, in second place was Clint Dempsey with 13% of the vote.

Let`s hope, that following our fixture against Manchester City, those that score goals, rather than prevent them, are leading the way!

Good thing you mentioned the woodwork. Had that been a poll choice, I would've voted for it.

Haha! If you look at it negatively, even with a ton of luck, we still lost!! :(

we were under seige the entire game it seemed... but like i've said before, real madrid, man u and aston villa did worse than us against the same opponent.
