The fine win yesterday, over Manchester United, has set the scene for a fine finish to the end of our season.
Any fears of relegation are out of the window and if we can continue to play like we did for the first forty-five minutes yesterday then our reward could well be a European place.
Our goal keeper, Mark Schwarzer, in an interview given to the media after the game yesterday, mentioned the possibility of a place in Europe as well as looking at where the club was last season, a season he watched from afar,
"When you think about what Fulham went through last season, to be where we are at this stage of the season is a credit to everyone at the club.'
'All we want to try and do now is finish in the top half of the table and make it into a very, very good season for us. Anything's possible."
'I'm hoping for two of the top four teams to be in the FA Cup final so another place goes to the position in the league, and that opens it up for a lot of teams around us to vie for those extra positions for the UEFA Cup."
'If we can continue this sort of form in the upcoming games who knows what will happen.'
Here at Vital Fulham we`d like to ask those Middlesbrough fans who posted comments relating to Mark Schwarzer being past it how they feel now that the keeper continues to put in top notch performances week after week?
