'If It's Football, It's Vital'

COYW - United Can Be Beaten!

Kick-off is fast approaching, it`s almost time to leave for Craven Cottage, but before I do I`ve chosen to print some words uttered by Roy Hodgson, on the eve of the fixture.

Words that should act as a rallying-cry and show the magnitude of the achievement that waits us, if it all goes to plan, this afternoon.

Take it away Roy,

"To beat United at any time is a tremendous achievement."

"It`d be really good result for us, one that would send ripples throughout English football."

"Even people who have followed us for years won`t have gone home too many times and said we`ve beaten United."

"There won`t be too many results like that in living memory and that`s a great motivation for us."

COYW - Go for it!

maybe we've lulled them into a feeling of false security with those 3-0 and 4-0 losses... it's was a master plan from the beginning!

Good article - if ever there was a time to play the rags then it's now. After last week they must still be in shock - you can win this lads.

I take it all back (accusing Hodgson of being defeatist) fantastic work lads, and many thanks. The two red cards were just the icing on the cake! Doesn't it feel great when referees perform fairly when teams play Manure? Rafa was spot on with that :D

Considering our second half, scoreline was a bit harsh but I don't mind losing to Fulham. Hodgson is a great manager and a decent lad! Good luck for the rest of the season.
