Fulham - Murphy Ponders over United XI?

With two home games to look forward to this week it promises to be a busy week.

However, whilst we recognise the importance of picking up more home points against Hull City on Wednesday night the magic of the FA Cup quarter-final tie, against Manchester United, is proving to be very alluring.

After the very creditable draw against Arsenal on Saturday, Danny Murphy sneaked a few quick comments out relating to the visit of United remarking,

"It`s the FA Cup and we`re at home. They have Inter Milan and Liverpool in quick succession after us so I don`t think they will be play a full strength team against us."

"Saying that, they showed us respect at Old Trafford a couple of weeks ago by playing a strong team. I`d be surprised if he plays a strong team, but we will have a go whatever team they put out."

Does anyone care to list which United stars they`d like to see left out?

It may not be the full starting eleven, but it'll be most of them. I can't imagine Ferguson is genuinely worried about Inter at Old Trafford, and Liverpool has already handed them the league.

good point sam....to win everything they have to get past us, so they are unlikely to field a truly weak side. maybe a change here and there, but in a way, after the draw at the san siro, us v man u and man u v inter are pretty equal in terms of importance, as they know they are likely to beat inter.

i think ronaldo has broken my heart more than any other player, so i'd love to see him left out... it's not going to easy no matter what, but i think we've shown that we can play with anyone this year, so it should be a fun match to watch... i also don't think inter's going to be that easy for man u, but i guess i'm in the minority.

Well why would we get to the quarter finals of the F.A cup and then back out of it because we get Man United... ?? Wouldn't make sense to me... but i don't think ronaldo is the player he was last year, he had a great season last year but i think he has lost heart for Man U and seems less interested, he doesnt worry me, let Etuhu break his legs!
