Fulham - Johnson in Arsenal Fitness Race!

The suggestion that Andrew Johnson was rested for the Swansea FA Cup 5th round tie seems to have been wide of the mark.

Our striker, it turns out, picked up a knock in training, a knock that isn`t responding to treatment with Roy Hodgson remarking,

"Andy got a knock in training, but we still thought he would be fine for the game on Tuesday."

"But unfortunately he didn`t respond to treatment, and we did not want to rush him back."

"He has missed a couple of days training, but hopefully he will be okay for Saturday."

Hopefully being the operative word!
