Fulham - Seven More to Go?

It`s hard to envisage now, the pain we were suffering this time last season when it looked as we were dead certain to go down.

However, despite the fact Fulham are currently riding high in the Premier League Gentleman Roy his doing his best to keep the players feet firmly on the ground by remarking,

"33 points is not enough to stay in this league."

'Until we pass that magical 40 (point) mark we won't even contemplate that things are looking easier."

'If we get past that mark we can start raising our heads a little bit and hoping for the higher places in the league."

Personally, I would love to be safe by the middle of March and then we can see exactly how the ground lies!

as long as fulham keep playing good football, the results will come and it'll be pleasing to watch... come one FULham!

We can certainly achieve 40 by the end of March. I'm not counting on anything from Arsenal (even though they've been held 3 weeks running; twice at home), but we have Hull and Blackburn at home and Bolton on the road. I think it's reasonable to expect 7 points from those fixtures.

the only issue i have is the away form.....there is no point getting into europe if we will never win away in the competition....we will just fall at the first hurdle. i'd be pleased with safe mid-table...and an improvement away from home!!

Samboney - great call mate, great call - I agree 100%
Al Billy
true. we'd need a bigger squad to compete in europe as well... but i wouldn't be against it...
