Fulham - Kamara Shock WBA Inclusion?

Fulham - Kamara Shock WBA Inclusion?

With Andrew Johnson having missed the midweek trip up to Old Trafford there is some doubt that he may not be available for the Sunday fixture against West Bromwich Albion.

But any fears that Fulham could be left a little short upfront may well be reduced by the news that is appearing in several media outlets that Diomansy Kamara could well be included in the squad.

Kamara, who has made remarkable progress in recent weeks from him knee injury, could be about to make a sensational return after eight months out of action.

Indeed, in recent weeks such has been his progress that Roy himself has remarked that his rehabilitation has been a revelation.

Diomansy remains his normal modest self though when he proclaims,

'I`m feeling in excellent shape. My dream is to be in the squad for the game against West Brom.'

Well let`s hope this dream comes true.

does he offer the same option to get the ball and hold it up front that bobby does? i think they're about the same size, but i don't remember kamara being particularly willing to go up for a ball...

Barring injury, I think Roy will stick with what works. As unproductive as Zamora has been, the team is still playing well with him in the lineup. Its dangerous to tinker, sometimes, and we need a convincing win against West Brom. Hold the course. Give Joe a chance on the road where we definitely need a spark and have nothing to lose.
