Ex-Fulham Icon Back Under the Knife!

Since his desertion to Humberside, opinions have been a little mixed with regards to that former Fulham icon, Jimmy Bullard.

Some accuse him of grabbing his pieces of silver and going whilst others have fond memories of his exploits in a Fulham shirt.

Nevertheless I`d hope you`re man enough to put aside any prejudices and join me in wishing Jimmy all the best as he returns to America to go under the surgeons` knife.

It transpires that Dr Richard Steadman, the man who saved Jimmy`s career, will be trimming a bit of cartilage away.

All the best Jimmy, let`s hope you`re back for that March date at Craven Cottage and then we can all either cheer you or boo you - it promises to be quite a mixed reception!

i don't wish him any personal harm, i just would be tickled pink if hull city got relegated this year.

don't care what happens to him he showed what sort of person he is with the comments that have come out after his move, and I do hope hull get relegated
Oldwolf
I guess I don't know the severity of his comments, but the image of him with that hull scarf does make me a little sad.

Imho its not a case of 'manning up and putting predjudice aside'. Yes he did well for us, and was somewhat of a cult hero with certain fans, but any player that thinks they are bigger than our club i want nothing more to do with - its not a case of 'oh i hope that Steadman messes it up' or anything dont get me wrong, i know he helped keep us up but put it this way - i dont care enough for him to pray for a speedy recovery, hes got the 4 1/2 year big money contract he wanted. Although i must admit, id love for him to see that his so called beloved 'rapport with the fans' now consists of boos and jeers

yeah he helped us stay up,but he got paid for that,it wasnt out of the goodness of his heart,he only played 40 odd games for us,,thats like only 1 season, for him to come out with the crap he said is a wind up,its like a kick in the guts,i wish him nothing
