Fulham - Hodgson on FA Cup Draw with Swansea!

Fulham - Hodgson on FA Cup Draw with Swansea!

I`d hazard a guess that I`m not the only supporter who considers us a little lucky to still be in the FA Cup this morning!

In all honesty I feel we stole a draw and scampered back across the Severn Bridge from South Wales, nevertheless, despite Swansea and their intelligent, pleasing on the eye, football, we do have another chance to reach the sixth round and it`s a chance we can all look forward to as the Welsh side have to come to Craven Cottage.

Following on from the 1-1- draw at the Liberty Stadium, Roy Hodgson offered a few simple thoughts on the game remarking,

"It was a jaded performance from us."

"A lot of players have been away on international duty this week and it showed."

"We weren`t at our best but when things aren`t going well you`ve got to dig in and work hard to get a result - that`s what we did. I know we can do better."

All I`ll say is a big thank you to all those who cheered our side on despite an indifferent performance.
