Swansea v Fulham - It`ll Be Close!

Swansea v Fulham - It`ll Be Close!

This Saturday all thoughts of the Premier League are put on hold as we venture into South Wales to take on Swansea City in a fifth round FA Cup tie.

It promises to be an interesting affair, a Premier League side against a fast improving Championship side, a wily old boss in the shape of Roy Hodgson pitted against a young man in Roberto Martinez who is fast gaining a reputation as one for the future.

Throw into the mix the fact that our only away victories this season have been in the FA Cup, against Kettering and Sheffield Wednesday and you can see that the tie is probably amongst the hardest of the right ties being played this weekend to predict.

Well that`s what we thought, but, if you check any of the bookmakers you`ll find that Swansea are the favourites in this tie, let`s hope we can prove them wrong!

Tough one to call this. I think we've got a great chance of reaching the quarters as you found it difficult away at Kettering in the last round.

I so hope we prove all you lot wrong!! We are no walkovers...we are a top 10 premier league side, regardless of our away form! We beat sheff weds pretty confidently, and they're only 5 plaes below you!! It'll be tough, I admit that, and Swansea fans are obviously going to think they'll get the result, but to have other fans comin in and predicting our downfall, its a bit silly really!! COYW!! and good luck to the Swans, you have a good set of fans there!
