Fulham - Dacourt Deal Moves Closer!

Yesterday we reported our interest in Olivier Dacourt.

Today the news has moved on a little bit with negotiations expected to result in Dacourt undergoing a medical, in London, on Monday and completing the signing before the deadline of 17:00 hours.

With news filtering through that Brian McBride is also coming back, it looks as if Roy Hodgson has gone for experience over youth in this transfer window!

Nothing wrong with a couple of over 30 loans....especially if one is McBride!! but as long as that is it...i dont want our average age being 35!!

Sky reported that hes undergoing a medical today so even more hope of that going through before the deadline, provided big Al's physician doesnt get his hands on him

I think the Negredo one is just paper talk as they are saying we met his 10 million buy out clause. MAF must have found some cash in an old suit :-)
