Collins John at Charlton?

Collins John at Charlton?

There`s some surprising news emerging from south of the river!

It would appear that Charlton Athletic, struggling in the lower regions of the Championship, have struck a deal to take Collins John on loan.

John, who I still only twenty-three years of age, had been on loan with the Dutch side, NEC Nijmegen, but has struggled to overcome lingering injury problems

Perhaps Charlton will provide another opportunity for the talented youngster to pursue a career that has often failed to head in the direction many thought it should.

Charlton need a miracle worker, not a lazy centre forward.

If CJ can shut his mouth and tone his attitude down, concentrate on his football and get fit he'd be a fantastic player. But Fulham don't want him back thank you very much!

I'd quite like to see him in a Fulham shirt again. I think with the team we have now, he'd work well as a target man for Johnson to play off

i wouldn't write him off outright, but he would definitely need to earn his way back onto the squad.
