The name of Simon Cox, as we touched upon yesterday, continues to be mentioned in various gossip columns regarding a potential transfer.

The young Swindon striker, who was once linked to a move to Fulham last summer, has notched up 20 goals in 41 appearances, including a goal last night, as he continues to carve out a reputation as a goal scorer.

Once again though, it`s Bolton, under the leadership of Gary Megson, who appear to be leading the race to sign him.

The latest suggested offer, according to the 'Daily Grapevine` is as little as £500,000!

Surely the lad is worth a gamble on Roy!

NO you are not having him.His goal was immense yesterday a volley right into the top corner.He is good but why leave Swindon where he will play regular for a team in the premiership to sit on the bench. He is signing a new contract at end of season. SWINDON SWINDON
