Bullard - Fishing in the Humber?
It`s nice to know that despite our history and our recent longevity in the Premier League that Mr Bullard perceives us in a different light.
According to Jimmy, we pale in comparison to the mighty Hull City with Jimmy issuing the normal appeasement to the Humber support on his arrival, remarking,
"Hull are the biggest club I`ve played for. I know all about their fan-base and great ambition."
"I felt at home here as soon as I arrived. It took me 10 minutes to decide to sign for them."
"The league table does not lie and Hull have done fantastic so far this season."
"I want to help them finish as high as possible and I can`t see why we cannot get into Europe."
"My next step is to play regularly for Hull and hopefully get back into the England squad. Hull can help me to do this."

Nice touch there in the article. I sorta hope bullard doesn't make it into the england squad now, it may show tht roy has made the right choice...this could be a blessing in disguise.....henry 2 barcelona....van nistelrooy to madrid....bullard to hull!!

Haha, I'm afraid to say that I've lost all respect for Jimmy over the last week or so.
How can he possibly claim that Hull are a bigger team than us?!?! I've got nothing against them, but he's making a dick of himself by saying stuff like that.
We play Hull on the 4th March at the Cottage. Will be interesting to see what kind of reception he gets

Haha how are Hull bigger? You have a bit part Brazilian who has failed to make the big time at every club he's been to. He has flashes of brilliance and then runs around like a headless chicken.
We have Johnson, Davies, Murphy, Hangeland, Knokesky, Schwarzer, etc.. They are all quality players who would get into most premiership teams.
You have, errr, Bullard.
