Fulham Target City Outcast!

Fulham Target City Outcast!

The 'Daily Grapevine` continues to churn out rumour after rumour about supposed targets.

But, we`re pleased to say, one name seems to have come to prominence on several leading news sites, that of the Manchester City striker Felipe Caicedo.

Caicedo, an Ecuadorian international, has found his chances at Eastlands restricted and there doesn`t appear to be a long term future for him there under Mark Hughes.

Our comrades over at Vital Manchester City inform us that Caicedo is a good player with a wonderful touch and a powerful shot.

Caicedo is keen to resurrect his career after a move to Hertha Berlin didn`t materialise earlier in the season and it`s being implied that Fulham may be interested in a loan deal before opting for a permanent switch if the move suits both parties.

We`ll see how this one develops shall we.

no mention of how much City paid for him or how much they'd want?

why on earth would we throw hangeland into a deal with caicedo? if anything it would be the other way around. hangeland must be rated higher than caicedo. anyway, he has scored 2 goals on 2 starts and an appearance off the bench. skysports reports the transfer fee that man city paid at 5.2 million pounds. if we can get him on a loan deal, then definitely do it and we can evaluate him over the rest of the season.

I think he's a great player and would work well with AJ. Definitely not interested in a player swap deal though. Get him on loan with an agreed fee and a first option to buy
